Every well, start to finish

From the first bid to the End of Well Report, our operational lifecycle is built for speed, safety, and full transparency. Here is exactly how we run a job.

01
Phase 01

Bid Request and Commercial Evaluation

  • Operator Intake: We review well parameters, target formation, depth (TVD/MD), downhole temperature profiles, casing program, and offset data.
  • Tool Fleet Matching: We select the optimal Bottom Hole Assembly, matching motor power sections (lobe/stage ratio, high-torque vs. even wall), RSS systems (PowerDrive Orbit G2 / iCruise), and telemetry tools (MWD / Mud Pulse) to your well hydraulics and temperature constraints.
  • Commercial Pitch: We deliver transparent proposals with clear pricing, tool rates, and performance targets.

Phase 02

Data-Driven Well Planning and Risk Mitigation

  • Trajectory Engineering: Custom 3D wellbore trajectories from surface to TD that reduce tortuosity, optimize curve building, and ensure accurate lateral placement.
  • BHA and Hydraulics Modeling: Torque and drag, hydraulics, flow rates, and bit-to-sensor offsets modeled to maximize Rate of Penetration.
  • Pre-Job QA/QC: Rigid shop inspections, in-house vendor compliance audits, and field talent screening to prevent failure before tools ever leave the shop.

Phase 03

Mobilization and Rig-Site Setup

  • Equipment Dispatch: Shop-tested motors, MWD tools, surface gear, and backup systems shipped to location.
  • HSE and On-Site Alignment: Strict ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards during rig-up, sensor calibration, and surface testing.
  • Pre-Spud Meeting: We align the SES directional hand, MWD operator, company man, and rig crew on well objectives, slide and rotate parameters, and anti-collision protocols.

Phase 04

Drilling Execution and Real-Time Optimization

  • Curve and Lateral Execution: Precision trajectory control to own the curve and conquer the lateral while maintaining smooth wellbore quality.
  • AI Driller Integration: AI Driller real-time analytics monitor drilling dynamics, optimize parameters, eliminate NPT, and boost ROP.
  • Hands-On Leadership Support: Active oversight from SES leadership and technical leads to back up field hands through challenging formations.

Phase 05

Daily Reporting and Transparent Communication

  • 24/7 Real-Time Telemetry: Continuous survey data, tool face direction, and downhole measurements delivered straight to your engineering team.
  • Morning Progress Reports: Daily summaries of footage drilled, average ROP, slide percentages, rotating and sliding hours, and trajectory projections.

Phase 06

Job Close-Out and Performance Review

  • Post-Run Tool Inspection: Tear-down inspection of downhole motors, RSS units, and MWD sensors to track wear and update maintenance logs.
  • End of Well Report (EOWR): Comprehensive post-well analysis of planned vs. actual days, ROP trends, tortuosity, and lessons learned.
  • Feedback Loop: Run data fed back into our failure prevention program to maintain our 98.97% reliability benchmark.
